If you’re in need of an extra dock for the Switch 2, this makes for an excellent option. I had my doubts initially since there was just one other review out there, but after using it for some time, I can confirm it functions really well. It worked straight from the package, my Switch 2 sits firmly in place, and the on-screen image is sharp and clear with zero delay. There’s no Ethernet port, but I used a USB Ethernet adapter that I plugged into one of the USB ports on the back of this dock, and it gave me a quick, steady internet connection.

This one has several more ventilation holes, which can help the game console dissipate heat better. After using it, I feel that the game console is not very hot, which is similar to Nintendo's.

Dock works perfect. You HAVE to use the original power cord that came with your switch. If you do not the Dock will not work as intended. Nintendo is not a fan non-Nintendo products so keep it as original as possible.

It doesn't brick the Switch. You can still see the Switch, so you can use it in tabletop mode while it's charging—it has a button to change modes. It doesn't scratch the screen like the OEM dock.
