2. If you encounter issues such as inability to cast, unresponsive buttons, unstable casting, or unstable charging, a firmware upgrade may resolve these problems. (Note: If your docking station is functioning normally, a firmware update is not recommended.)
3. The firmware update process for the S3 Dock series is more complicated on macOS. We recommend using a Windows PC to update the firmware.
Windows
We recommend using a Windows system for the upgrade. Please prepare a computer with Windows 7 or above and a USB-A to USB-C (or USB-C to USB-C) data cable.
Mac
Prepare a Mac with macOS 13.4 or higher, one USB-C to USB-C data cable, and one USB-C male to USB-C female data cable.
